The first couple of weeks after you bring a baby home are always a blur. He eats and sleeps and eats and sleeps and eats and sleeps... 
First sponge bath at home... look at the size of that cord. yikes!
one week old
4th of July this year was VERY low key for us. My sister moved to town (0.5 miles from us) so they came over for a relaxed, cook-out dinner on the lanai. When the sun went down, the guys made a fire to roast marshmallows and the kids made smores! Yummmmmy. Unfortunately for me, I was stuck inside with a fever and the start of mastitis.

Could Joey be any CUTER?! I don't think so. I love his thick dark hair and scrunchy little expressions. Can't wait to meet that sweet boy. I love how the big sisters love him! And did I spot that lion sleeper that I bought in like FIVE sizes for Conor because it was my favorite?
