A new perspective
As much as I wish I had pictures from our Valentine's day, the reason that I don't makes up for it. Anthony surprised me with a new camera. My "camera fund" had been growing every so slightly every time I picked up an odd tutoring job. Even though I was still a ways off from the goal amount, I couldn't help myself from researching cameras. Anthony was actually listening when I kept telling him about the one that I wanted and he was crafty enough to order it for me - much earlier than I expected to get it.
So...after 5 hours of charging the battery, reading the manual, and playing around with different lenses and settings, I was left with hardly any time to take pictures on Valentine's day. (We snuck out to a quick dinner and movie that evening and loved every minute of spending time with each other. Lots of laughs as usual.)
So today I got a little more serious about taking pictures...and with my new camera comes a new perspective.
Loving the little details.
Loving how cute my girls look in the morning.

Loving getting so messy after breakfast that we have to take a bath in the sink.

Loving when the girls find fun playing with the packaging material from my latest Mary Kay order.

Loving how Lia stares at me behind this new camera and gives me this look.
Loving when Ava cleans up the mess without being asked...
...and then tapes up the box (all by herself) and brings it to me saying, "Hello ma'am, I have a package for you."
Loving my hardworking husband who takes such good care of us.

Loving the anticipation of more posts.

Wow ! Great job ! Really incredible close-ups. Fantastic family on BOTH sides of the camera ! Love the expressions, Lia's interest and Ava's imagination. Another winning installment! Keep 'em coming.
