Ava is 3!!!

Monday, July 20, Ava turned three years old. We woke up early with her so that she could open up the presents we got her. A new kitchen (!) with pots and pans and dishes oh my. And she also got a new big girl bike - with training wheels and streamers and everything. We had a crazy rest of the week with getting ready for her party and having company in town.
All the hard work paid off because Sunday morning she was having a blast at her party. We went to Let's Play, which is an indoor play place for kids. The kids all went crazy! We had about 15 kids running all over the place for two hours. Ava was in and out of the play gym, going down slides, riding in the car, playing with the toys. Then we all went in to a separate "party room" to have pizza and cake.
I loved watching Ava interact with all of her cousins and friends. She was a perfect little birthday girl and enjoyed every little minute of fun. From greeting her friends when they arrived, to sharing toys, to eating pizza, to blowing out her candle, to opening presents, and saying goodbye. It just keeps getting better...
