Lombardo Girls

This weekend was very productive. We finally planted our vegetable garden. It's hard to see in the pictures, but we have little seedlings started of basil, parsley, chives, sweet peppers, and broccoli. We also planted some seeds for beans, carrots, lettuce, zucchini, and yellow squash. I also just added tomato this morning.

I don't have any pictures of this story, but wanted to share. On Sunday, while we were doing some work outside, I put Ava in her bathing suit and got out the baby wading pool and some other water toys. We loaded up with sunblock and off she went. I had my back turned for a minute and when I looked back, her bathing suit was off. I asked her why she took it off and she said, very matter-of-factly, "it got wet". I guess she forgot what bathing suits are for. It's been a while since last summer. hehe
