We are back at golf camp, but this time Colin is with us. Lia and Joey holding hands...I melt. 

She is so happy her big cousin is with her. 

Hello bed head. 

We have begun a BIG project at home. Replacing about 90% of our flooring. Here are some before pictures. We literally had to move all of our furniture into the garage/lanai/bedrooms while the old carpet and tile are ripped up. 

Since our house is basically inside out, we are staying at the condo at he beach club! Daddy's still working, but we are enjoying this last bit of summer...right on the beach.   Lia's pose here is my favorite.

These two are sharing the pull out couch and I just love sneaking glances at them before they wake up. Look at that beach wave hair. 

Ava got to meet her new teacher at open house!! She is officially a second grader! 

We are still not back into our house. But I wasn't going to let that keep me from getting our "first day of school" pictures by the front door. So I made my poor kids get up 15 minutes earlier so that we could drive by our house and take pics. I mean, the tile guys were actually working and cutting tile in the driveway as we took these...

Second day of school, but the first day for Joey. He is in the big 2 year old class two days a week this year. And I can hardly believe that I get two mornings to myself each week. 

Finally, after a week back in school, the tile and painting is done! Before and after pics: 

Now all of our bedroom furniture is moved into the dining/living areas while the new carpet is installed in the bedrooms. 

Anthony comes home from work and likes spending time with this darn cat. Every morning when the kids see it they sing "the cat came back..."

We are finally into a good routine. Settled at home and loving our breakfasts together - on good days like this when everyone is eating and smiling. ;)
