An Afternoon at the Park

Warmer weather, we've been waiting for you...

Waiting to ditch the big jackets, hats, and gloves.
Waiting to turn off the heat in our house.
Waiting to walk outside and feel the warm sunshine on our skin.
Waiting to pack the family up and head out to a local park.

And today we did just that.


We climbed on ladders.


We held on to Daddy...


...until we felt comfortable enough to let go.


We had the sun in our eyes.



But kept playing anyway.



We kept our balance.


We went on the slide.





So many times that we were hot with static electricity.



We felt the wind in our hair.



We even ran into some friends!



We were sad to leave.



But we promised to come back soon.
