How does your garden grow?
Today was the first start to our new vegetable garden. Ava and I started some seedlings so that in a couple of weeks we will be able to transplant them to the garden. We will start tilling the garden this week and getting the soil ready. We are getting lots of help from Nana thanks to her knowledge and literature on gardening. So far we have started some herbs - parsley, basil, and chives - and some veggies - broccoli, sweet peppers and beans. We'll also be planting some carrots, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and strawberries! I am so excited to start this project.
I think Ava got more dirt on the driveway than in the pots. 
Lia is just watching from the comfort of a bouncy seat in the garage.

oh how fun...a vegetable garden...go martha stuart. i love ava's big smile with the dirt everywhere and lia looks so comfy in her bouncy seat just taking it all in. i love this garden idea....keep us posted how it grows. (i'm horrible at keeping plans alive, yikes! hehe) ps. love the girls in their matching dresses, thats something to keep up for sure. so cute!! xoxo
yay, you started your garden! Ren wants to start one too. What a good little baby Lia is to just sit and watch from the garage! And I LOVE the matching dresses. Can't wait to see you girls soon!
